All data is centrally linked

Think of the stock levels, number of web shops, regularity of updates and delivery times that the web shops will use.

Make sure you think carefully about how often you want an update. If there are many sales in a day, we recommend an update every 5 minutes. Otherwise every hour or with few sales, every 24 hours.

Always an up-to-date stock

Here we are going to ensure that the stock is properly linked to all web shops. We will create an API link for every web shop, so that the current stock levels are visible in every webshop.

Please note that the stock is linked by article codes, internal codes or EAN / barcodes. This provides you the opportunity to use different content for each webshop, to make optimal use of Google’s Search Engine Optimisation.

Automatic stock updates

After an order has been processed by the relevant webshop, the stock has been adjusted in the previous step. Now it is important that all other web shops have an up-to-date stock level.

This functionality is standard built into our MultiShop module. You can choose to have this stock adjusted per day, per hour or per 5 minutes.
